The President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, has on Wednesday visited Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, a former military President of Nigeria.
Daily Post reports, that a source had said that Saraki was consulting Babangida for “direction on the way forward in view of current happenings”.
The Senate President, while, speaking on his meeting, said he visited the former President to pay him respect.
His tweet, “Dropped in to pay my respects to General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida.
“Always happy to be with a father and leader.”
