2019: Pres. Buhari’s minister, Khadija resigns

Khadija Ibrahim, the current Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, has just resigned her appointment from President Muhammadu Buhari’s cabinet.

She made her resignation known to State House Correspondents while disclosing that Wednesday’s Federal Executive Council, FEC, meeting will be her last.

The ex-minister, who is contesting for a seat in the House of Representatives in February 16 general election, made the disclosure shortly before the weekly meeting.

Khadija is running to represent Damaturu/Tarmuwa/Gujba/Gulani federal constituency of Yobe.
